The report starts with the errors that real websites have most often, in the order of the WebAIM Million 2026 study. Of those it checks: low text contrast, missing alt text, missing form labels, empty links and a missing page language.
Check again after you fix. Within 24 hours of the first check, the report says how many problems the first check found on the same pages, and how many it finds now.

We don’t keep copies of your content: for undo, we keep only the value each fix changed, never a whole post. Access uses a WordPress Application Password that you can revoke at any time.
WP Accessibility Fixer adds no script and no toolbar to your site. It changes your own content, where the problem is, and only after you confirm. It never claims that a site meets a law or a standard.

No. WP Accessibility Fixer connects with a WordPress Application Password after one approval in your own wp-admin.
No. You approve a WordPress Application Password, which is separate from your login password. You can revoke it at any time in wp-admin → Users → Profile → Application Passwords.
WP Accessibility Fixer is free in this first version: up to 25 published pages and posts per check, and 10 fixes a month. One alt text, one heading or one link is one fix. Marking an image decorative and undo are not counted. Checks, reports, previews and rule facts never use fixes.
