Help us help you faster
- Connecting a site? Include your site address. The setup guide covers the most common causes: permalinks set to “Plain”, and Application Passwords turned off by a security plugin.
- A fix you want to reverse? Ask your assistant to “undo that”. If that does not work, email us the site address and the page.
- A problem the report cannot fix? The report names who can fix it: your theme, a plugin or a page builder. We can explain a finding, but we cannot give legal advice.
- Deleting your data? Email us from your account address. See the privacy policy.
